It's the first day of the week and there have been a lot of discoveries today. First off, they discovered lil Caylee died in June, President Bush finally is admitting to his mistakes ( Wow!!! it's a lil late..but I guess better late than never..) , Bernard Madoff is sentenced to house arrest after a NY federal judge ruled not to revoke his bail, and I don't know if you realize but we are inching closer to seeing our NEW PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA MOVE INTO OFFICE! ( God knows I'm counting down the days and hours for this day.) Today, Barack has opted to have $350 billion in remaining bailout funds. President Bush will carry out the request for funds, however it will not be available until Inauguration Day **JANUARY 20,2008.*** SO MARK YOUR CALENDAR EVERYBODY. In addition, I would like to add that Barack Obama has decided Rev. Sharon Watkins pastor of the Protestant denomination will deliver the sermon for the National Prayer Service held on Jan. 21 at the National Cathedral in D.C. ( THIS WILL TRUELY BE HISTORICAL..SINCE SHE IS THE FIRST WOMAN TO EVER TAKE PART IN THIS TRADITION. I LOVE IT!)

A NEW BEGINNING FOR AMERICAN IDOL
Kate DioGuardi new judge for American Idol.
It's almost that time again..get ready to experience loads of laughs, wild costumes, screeching voices, special serenades, pop, rock, country, and R& B music as American Idol moves into its eighth season Tuesday on Fox. This year, get ready for a few changes in your American Idol line up. First off, there is a new addition to the judging panel with newcomer Kate DioGuardi, who has wrote hits for Celine Dion, Pink, Christina Aguilera and American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson. There will be 36 semi-finalists vs 24 they allowed in the past. Also, there will be more emphasis on the emotions of the contestants. ( As if this is really needed? I always feel like they GO WAY OVERBOARD with some of this contestants stories.) We will find out soon enough if the new formula stirs up the TV ratings and viewer audience.
Since we are on American Idol.. Did you know that Fantasia Barrino was in jeopardy of losing her $1.1 million dollar home in Charlotte, NC ? ( I mean I don't get how celebs don't keep up with their homes..do they think these homes are free?)Luckily, she got her an attorney Larry Goldman to step in and make a good deal because the Mecklenberg County Sheriff office was ready to step in today to sell the home.

Blessings, Love and a Shout out to Grammy award winner and Neo-soul songtress Jill Scott who is expecting her first child with her drummer boyfriend Lil John. ( I just hope if Jill marries this guy she is ready to deal with three other baby mamas Lil John is said to have.) Hey wouldn't it be great if Jill made an album for newborns or moms to be. NOTORIOUS... JADAKISS DELIVERS A NEW JOINT ..
On Jan. 7, 2009 the big premiere for then new Biggie movie , "Notorious" took place in Manhattan CLICK HERE FOR PHOTOS. This movie is set to hit theaters this weekend starting January 16. From all the coverage here lately and reviews I'm not so sure if this will be a hit or flop in the theaters. According to MTV, Biggie's 11 year old son Christopher Wallace Jr. plays his dad in the movie. I guess we can give it ONE CHANCE... I do HOWEVER WANNA TO SAY BIG UPS TO JADAKISS WITH THIS NEW JOINT "Letter to Biggie" feat. Faith Evans...
