Trouble, Trouble!

It's go beeee..Trouble Trouble! Why is the new Ginuwine song stuck in my head? Could it be the fact that I'm feeling like it's go be Trouble if I don't find my debit card ASAP! It's hump day wednesday and I'm trying to get over the hump with my effort of finding my debit card and searching for new writing opportunities. I pray that my break through comes through soon. OKAY SO FIRST THING THIS MORNING ON MY DRIVE TO WORK I HEAR THROUGH Tom Joyner that Michael Jackson's doctor Conrad has decided to speak up for himself for the first time since the death of MJ.. crazy part about it is he decided to take the youtube route..check it out... what u think? I personally believe there was some fishy biz going on and he IS HIDING AND LYING ABOUT SOMETHING!

THEY GOT 99 PROBLEMS AND THE CROATIAN PAPPARRAZI IS ONE... HIT ME.. YES YES story goes Jay and Bey were in Croatia on vacay and they were interrupted by the PAPPARRAZI there and of course the bodyguard stood his ground and now i'm hearing the Papparazzi is trying to press charges..what are ur thoughts on this..i mean they already know they are constantly going to be bombarded and stalked by the papparrazi it comes with the territory..but do you think there should be laws against this?

Real HOUSEWIVES of ATL , JOE JACKSON'S GOT A SECRET, AND MORE

Hi everyone! I know it's been quite some time since I have blogged to you, so I'm back. There is so much news going on around the world so I'm not going to spend so much time reflecting on my personal spill. Yesterday, I went to a Coffee Talk Networking Event and I got to pass out some of my business cards, I'm hoping I will get some positive feedback from that. I have a busy weekend and week ahead so let's get down to the news you want to know about.

I must start off with my favorite show Real Housewives of Atlanta.. the show primered in its 2nd season on Bravo and what a DEBUT it was. I mean NeNe showed us her new home with her own personal bestie queer guy Dwight, newcomer Kandi former lead singer of Xscape introduced us to her daughter and fiance whom is already a father of 6 (WOw!!! yes 6), Kim wasted no time in starting a new venture in wanting to design a wigline..it will be interesting to see if she actually FINISHES something for a change( because we all know she never finishes what she starts ie Country Music Album.. not smoking), Lisa the peace maker of the group or is she really showed us how cute EJ is and smart, and THE ICING ON THE CAKE THIS EPISODE..YES SHEREE! Sheree moved into her new smaller home after with no warning finding out her home was under foreclosure. After making her big break she decided she wanted to have an Independence party to celebrate her divorce. Well this is when all HELL broke lose when the party planner was not making Sheree a happy camper.. Take a close look here..

Yesterday I cried watching the Michael Jackson memorial. I cried for a
little
black boy who felt the world didn't understand him. I cried for a little
black
boy who spent his adulthood chasing his childhood. And I thought about all
the
young black boys out there who may too feel that the world doesn't
understand
them. The ones who feel that the world does not understand their baggy
jeans,
their swagger, their music, their anger, their struggles, their fears or
the
chip on their shoulder. I worry that my son, may too, one day will feel
lonely
in a wide, wide world.

I cried for the young children of all colors who may live their life
feeling
like a misfit, feeling like no one understands their perspective, or their
soul.
What a burden to carry.

As a mother, I cried for Katherine Jackson because no mother should ever
bury a
child. Period. And I think about all the pain, tears and sleepless nights
that
she must have endured seeing her baby boy in inner pain, seeing him
struggle
with his self-esteem, and his insecurities and to know he often felt
unloved
even while the world loved him deeply. How does it feel to think that the
unconditional love we give as mothers just isn't enough to make our
children
feel whole? I wonder if she still suffers thinking, "what more could I
have
done?" Even moms of music legends aren't immune to mommy guilt, I
suppose.

When Rev. Al Sharpton ("who always delivers one" awesome "funeral speech")
said
to Michael's children, "Your daddy was not strange...It was strange what
your
Daddy had to deal with," I thought of all the "strange" things of the world
that
my children will have to deal with. Better yet, the things I hope they
won't
ever have to deal with anymore.

And as a mother raising a young black boy, I feel recommitted and yet a
little
confused as to how to make sure my son is sure enough within himself to
take on
the world. Especially a "strange" one. To love himself enough to know that
even
when the world doesn't understand you, tries to force you into its mold or
treats you unkindly, you are still beautiful, strong and Black. How do I do
that?

Today, I am taking back "childhood" as an inalienable right for every brown
little one. In a world, that makes children into booty-shaking, mini-adults
long
before their time, I'm reclaiming the playful, innocent,
run-around-outside,
childhood as the key ingredient in raising confident adults. Second, I will
not
rest until my little black boy, MY Michael, knows that his broad nose is
beautiful, his chocolately brown skin is beautiful, and his thick hair is
beautiful.

And nothing or no one can ever take that away from him.

A BOMB SCARE FOR OPRAH!





According to E! Online at

At approximately 6:20 a.m. local time, a security guard at Harpo Productions Inc. in Chicago found a dark-colored backpack resting in a flowerbed just outside the studio. Ominous wires were said to be hanging from the bag.

Although the Bomb & Arson unit was called in, police told the paper that the studio was not evacuated. Nothing exploded, no one was hurt, and authorities are still investigating the contents of the package.

THE TRUTH COMES TO LIGHT!

I'M AT A LOST FOR WORDS RIGHT NOW! ( AGAIN FIRST MICHAEL WHICH I'M STILL NOT OVER AND NOW STEVE AIR MCNAIR IS KILLED HERE IN NASHVILLE IN A HOMICIDE)
i didn't want to believe this i had to go out and see it for myself...BUT TRUTH BE TOLD I BELIEVE IT WAS A MURDER SUICIDE. THE DIRTY LAUNDRY HAS NOW BEEN AIRED OUT..THE TRUTH HAS COME TO LIGHT...SAD THAT IT HAD TO END THIS WAY. Steve McNair 36, was killed at downtown condo he was renting. He was found sitting on a couch and his young 20 year old presumed girlfriend Sahel Kazemi( KNOWN TO HER FRIENDS AS JENNY) was found close by on the floor and the gun a semi automatic pistol was found under neath her body. Which leads me to believe she killed Mcnair shooting him twice in the head and chest and then shot herself in the head.

Sahel at age 20, was a child, and working at local restaurant Dave N Buster's. I just can't believe McNair went this way and he even had her name registered on a 2007 black Cadilliac Escalade. We don't know much about her, but according to her ex-boyfriend of 4 years she was raised by her sister in Florida and her mother died when she was 9. ( This says a lot she was probably a little lost with not having a mother figure to mold and guide her)

When I think of Steve McNair, I think of him as a leader, man of the community, and the Titan hero who went through numerous injuries and made history as a top Black quarterback drafted in 1995. I just wonder what really went down..We will continue to various stories, but sad to say the truth will not be told b/c the DEAD can't speak. I was watching the news earlier today and they stated that the two were out the night before at Blue Lagoon a restaurant here in Nashville, TN. I'm really sad for the families involved here. Especially, Mechelle and his four sons ranging in age from 4-17.

God Bless the families and give them strength in this difficult times!
