NATURAL DISTURBIA

Hey everybody! I know I have been absence for quite some time now..just had a lot of things going on with me lately. I'm going through the motions this week and facing a hair dilemma..trying to figure out what I want to do with my hair lately..Natural or Perm..I have had Perm since I was little one ...I like my hair to be straight and glam at all times when necessary, however I have been trying this natural thing..but I don't know if I will survive it and run back to my perm. At any rate, I had my hair done over the weekend, it was nice sew in curly..however Sunday night it was itching so bad and hurting me that I didn't sleep good. Monday night was the last straw for me I tried to spray my hair down and grease my scalp, but I felt like my hair was on fire..so of COURSE I HAD TO TAKE IT DOWN! NOW I'm dealing with my hair again and trying to decide what to do next.. I have been rocking my hats this week..until I figure out the next thing I wanna do with my hair.. but anyhow enough about that let's get on to the blog...

ACCORDING TO THE TENNESSEAN THERE WILL ACTUALLY BE A CONCERT THERE BY ROCKER WILL HODGE.. I KNOW THIS PUTS A SMILE ON ALL US LOCAL FASHIONISTAS FACES :)

THE MORNING CREW WAS ECSTATIC OF COURSE AND NEPHEW TOMMY ACTED A FOOL AS ALWAYS LOL.. NE HOW STEVE HARVEY INVITED OPRAH WINFREY TO ATTEND THE HOODIES IN AUGUST..AND SHE TOLD HIM THEY WOULD WORK SOMETHING OUT..SO U KNOW OF COURSE NOW THE TICKETS ARE GOING TO SKY ROCKET ANYTHING WITH HER NAME SOARS TO THE TOP FAST! I MAY HAVE TO CHECK AND SEE HOW MUCH THE TICKETS ARE MYSELF... WELL THAT'S MY TIME FOR NOW HAVE A GOOD NIGHT ..2 MORE DAYS 2 GO... I'M SO READY FOR THE WEEKEND TO COME!

To be or not to be is my mindset today. It has truly been a long day for me. This afternoon, I was hit by a SUV while driving home from work today. ( the Vandy college student managed to bump me just enough to scratch my bumper and crack it.) So picture me sitting in the middle lane during traffic time on Harding Place. Not a pretty picture! ( The Vandy girl whom hit me didn't want to call the cops..I know that's the funny part right? I guess she knew she would be in for rude awakening since she was at fault or maybe her insurance wasn't that great?) Anyhow, we exchanged information..I opted for the HONESTY method after speaking with my father. Now, I'm going to pray that this young lady does the right thing. ( I'm really feeling the aftermath right about now..my back is aching a little bit.)

In addition, I must say I had a blast last night with my close circle of friends at PF CHANGS celebrating my friend's birthday. ( I definitely needed that break) It's nothing like being with my besties and sharing great clean fun. :) Little did I know I would be in for a little more than I bargained for last night. I'M A SURVIVOR! Nevertheless, I'm here to deliver the news you can use.
